Do you want to be part of shaping the optimization journey in Biotech & Rare disease Quality Control (BRD QC) in Gentofte? Are you motivated by driving improvement projects helping the business to implement and ensuring that future QC solutions live up to world-class standards with respect to productivity, quality, and robustness? Then you are the new Project Manager we are looking for! The position As our new Project Manager in BRD QC, you have the unique opportunity to play a major role in starting up and driving projects to ensure productivity and prioritisation across BRD QC. The projects will be in close collaboration with the other departments in BRD QC and different stakeholders across BRD. Your main tasks will be to ensure successful development, prioritisation, execution and benefit realisation of strategies and projects. It is expected that you together with your colleagues will drive the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges and possible optimization solutions for closing this gap. You will do so by:
  • Securing progress on our existing productivity and improvement projects
  • Supporting the local planner with forecast and priority
  • Facilitating projects in collaboration with our stakeholder departments MDev while anchoring it in our overall strategy
  • Communicating progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders and ensuring stakeholder engagement
  • Building up great stakeholder relations within BRD and across Novo Nordisk
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A relevant academic degree, preferably within life science, pharma or engineering
  • 3+ years within Project Management
  • Experience in identifying business challenges, and possibilities for resolving such issues
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills when it comes to creating and facilitating networks as well as keeping your stakeholders motivated, engaged, and informed
  • Strong project management toolbox to enable structure for our portfolios
  • Strong Lean toolbox combined with a natural passion for doing things smarter and better
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • As a person, you are open minded and eager to see new possibilities within our area. Together with that, you also speak your mind with ease. Managing a large network of people is something you are driven to. Your calm, innovative and goal-oriented thinking will help succeed in this role. About the department Biotech&Rare disease (BRD) is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14.000 of Novo Nordisk’s more than 43.000 employees. In BRD QC, we are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 3000 committed colleagues. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to market. The BRD QC area consist of 300 dedicated colleagues in 5 departments.
