We are looking for a process supporter for fermentation and recovery, where you will support the daily production within your area of responsibility. In addition, it is your task to review data in connection with the production of our medicines and thereby ensure that we always maintain the high level of quality that characterizes Novo Nordisk. Therefore, you have ongoing constructive dialogues with your colleagues across production about how we ensure quality, improve our working methods, and prevent errors. When we face challenges in the production, you have the overview, take the initiative, and involve your colleagues, so the problems are solved quickly and efficiently. We solve problems in a systematic way, thus you sometimes need to utilize your inner detective, to get to the root cause of an issue. Your Qualifications
You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in chemistry, biotechnology, biology, engineering, pharmacy or similar Maybe you have a few years of experience from a GMP-regulated environment If recently graduated, you pose a lot of courage and energy to expand your knowledgebase.
Most of the work tasks relate to documentation and data processing.

Our department, Biotech&Rare Disease API hGH, is known for our strong team spirit and our approach to everyday life is dynamic, spiced with a sincere "can-do" attitude. The department's responsibility is to cover the value chain from expression of human growth hormone in the host cell to a finished freeze-dried product, that then is passed on for formulation and filling. The department is facing increasing requirements both in terms of quality standards, production target and large investment projects, as well as in relation to constantly optimizing processes, workflows etc. We focus on continuous improvements of systems, processes and procedures to grow our business and become a little bit better each and every day.

You will be part of the Upstream Process Support team and work closely with nine supporters, a data engineer and two students.
