Would you like to have the opportunity to lead a newly established Business Support team responsible for training, administrative, data and GMP support as well as planning and forecasting for Quality Control (QC) laboratories? This team is newly created, and your first task will be to ensure a smooth merging process for your employees going from two teams into one. Your team is multidisciplinary, and your direct reports will consist of one associate manager, leading a training and administrative support team, and 5 individual contributors working on planning, forecasting, GMP and data support. Your team will in total consist of 15 employees. The purpose of your team is to ensure continuous improvement across our QC laboratories. You will therefore drive your team to investigate business needs and identify solutions supporting a growing business. You will support your team in managing a large stakeholder landscape and guide them to find the balance between challenging and collaborating with their stakeholders. As the team and role is newly established you will be able to set your footprint in anchoring it. Qualifications
You will be a great leader for our newly established team because you have:
• Solid leadership experience in working with employees with different level of seniority
• Experience in working within a support function – it is an advantage if you have experience within QC or the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and driving change management
• Experience navigating a complex project / task portfolio across a large area
• Professional proficiency in English and a relevant academic degree With a strategic mindset, you can work independently to drive decisions and processes forward and thrive in a high-paced and dynamic workday, prioritising, and inspiring others. You have the ability for seeing the bigger picture and able to keep the eye on the ball in collaboration with stakeholders. About the department
Your team will be part of the BRD (Biotech & Rare Disease) Quality Control area that is based in Gentofte, Hilleroed and Kalundborg. Here we are app. 350 colleagues who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes.
