Quality Managers
Quality Project Leads
Quality Principal Scientists
Quality Professionals
The above positions will be in quality assurance of design and construction of mammalian cell culture, fermentation processes, purification processes, utility equipment and automation/IT including industry 4.0 technologies. The facilities will be situated in Denmark and abroad.
The facilities are for pharmaceutical production and must be designed in accordance with cGMP requirements (current Good Manufacturing Practice)
This job ad is relevant for positions as Quality Managers.
The Position
As Quality Assurance Manager, you hold the leadership responsibility for a team or department performing quality assurance of an investment project resulting in a facility producing some of our new products within the production disciplines mentioned above. You will be building a competent quality department or team and developing the members through a high level of coaching, empowerment and delegation. You will have a dual role as people manager of your team/department and as QA responsible, performing quality assurance of the investment project in close collaboration with the project team. This means that you must lead your team/department and drive a quality agenda through the project management. To do this, a formal role as member of steering groups and project management groups is to be expected. You will be part of the management team in Investment Portfolio QA.
As team leader you will report to a QA department manager, as department manager you will report directly to the Corporate Vice President of Investment Portfolio QA.
Qualifications
To be qualified for a manager position in Investment Projects QA, you must demonstrate solid leadership experience of either people directly or as leader of leaders. We are looking for persons with excellent people management skills and the ability to oversee large and complex activities. You need to have great communication skills and experience in building relations with stakeholders cross functionally and globally.
Moreover, to be successful in a manager position, you have:
• An academic degree within science or equivalent
• Extensive experience from pharmaceutical production or quality assurance thereof
• Experience from project management or execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Full English proficiency
On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, are a strong motivator of others and can stay balanced, when the waves get high. You thrive in a multicultural environment working across organisational borders and levels.
