The job Do you want to be a part of the expansion of Aseptic Processing (AP) facilities in a large global pharmaceutical company? Then you might be the Project Professional that we are looking for, to implement the gowning and facility cleaning solutions needed to expand our AP facilities across the world. The department Technology Standards is a department in the newly created SVP area of Fill & Finish Expansions which is anchored within Product Supply, which globally accounts for +19,000 of Novo Nordisk’s +50,000 employees. The responsibility of Fill & Finish Expansions is to plan and execute the establishment of new aseptic filling capacity across the global manufacturing network within BioTech and Rare Diseases (BRD) and Injectable Finished Products (IFP) for new filling platforms while ensuring harmonization and global standards. Across the different roles there is a distinct global aspect as the end goal is a global standard and best practice, and working with multiple sites, cultures and traditions will be a key element. The position As Project Professional, you will be the key player in defining our gowning and facility cleaning processes, which are located within our Environmental Monitoring (EM) group, that works with cleanrooms and microbial monitoring. You will work closely together with your project group colleagues located in Denmark and across other sites globally, our subject matter experts, and management. Our group also works closely with other groups focusing on the additional AP processes, such as filling, formulation, and wash & sterilization. Your key tasks in this job will be:
  • Designing future processes and flow relating to gowning and facility cleaning, according to aseptic standards and authority requirements
  • Coordinating and driving project tasks
  • Preparing documentation and executing tests
  • Designing and implementing training setups for users
  • Participating in the creation of new robot technology for facility cleaning
  • Participating in authority inspection and other relevant compliance activities.
  • Qualifications In the role as Project Professional, we expect you to have a relevant degree at B.Sc. or M.Sc. level, probably within science, engineering, or pharmacy. It is an advantage, if you have experience from a GMP-regulated production environment, the healthcare sector, life science, or project settings, however this is not a requirement. In terms of personality, we are looking for:
