About the department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX), a program anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, that globally employs approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 57,000 employees. It is one of the most strategically critical programs for Novo Nordisk, as we are committed to addressing the future demand in the coming years. The program aims to design and build multiple new facilities worldwide with standard, future-proof, and scalable solutions. We are a global organization with Operational Readiness teams on all the sites where we are expanding. We build the foundation for the future operations, support the ambitious targets of standardization, 0 paper and full IT integration. You will be anchored in the Supply Chain and Operational Readiness department where we are responsible for creating a simple and robust operational setup enabling all our new facilities reaching capacity faster than ever before. About the job As our new Operational Readiness Professional, you get to influence the future operational strategy by supporting the design of best-in-class flow and processes for our future factories. In collaboration with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds, you will help optimizations of our procedures and flows in a global setting. Your mission will be to support the work of preparing for a fast ramp up and you create commitment from stakeholders around the globe, and you will focus on:
  • Building process overviews and value streams
  • Maintaining and continuously improving the process flows documentation
  • Supporting our PMs in workshops, challenging current thinking and finding solutions
  • Supporting all track owners on ad hoc track deliveries
  • Qualifications The right candidate has an academic degree in an engineering/production-related field - with great results Be proficient in both spoken and written English. In addition to that, we expect the right candidate to be:
  • Structured, have a keen eye for timely involvement of relevant stakeholders and a gathering a holistic overview
  • Familiar with LEAN principles and tools
  • Good at navigating a complex and dynamic environment with many stakeholders.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, preferably from the shopfloor.
  • Have an interest in both Manufacturing, IT and Quality
  • Familiar with collaborative tools (Miro, Visio)
