About the department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX), a program anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, that globally employs approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 57,000 employees. It is one of the most strategically critical programs for Novo Nordisk, as we are committed to addressing the future demand in the coming years. The program aims to design and build multiple new facilities worldwide with standard, future-proof, and scalable solutions. You will be anchored in the Supply Chain and Operational Readiness department where we are responsible for creating a simple and robust operational setup enabling all our new facilities reaching capacity faster than ever before. We are a global organization with Operational Readiness teams on all the sites where we are expanding. We build the foundation for the future operations, support the ambitious targets of standardization, 0 paper and full IT integration. The position As Project Manager within operational standardisation in FFEX, you will be responsible for ensuring progress on our standardisation journey the Assembly process or the Packaging process across IFP Sites. This includes implementation of standards for new equipment, systems, and processes for production sites all over the world, thus, you will be working closely together with stakeholders both locally and globally. Your tasks will include, but surely not be limited to:
  • Facilitate the establishment of 1 set of standards for future Assembly and Packaging.
  • Execute on project deliverables to ensure new standards are in place timely in the right quality and scalable for all production sites.
  • Responsible for handing over a robust set-up and governance that ensures maintaining the established standards after implementation.
  • As the position is supporting globally some travel will be expected. Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or higher academic education background within engineering, Supply Chain or similar.
  • You have 3+ years of experience within project management.
  • You have experience with GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • You have relevant business experience such as cLEAN®, Six Sigma in Business strategy implementation, Communication and presentation skills for top management or cross organisational network.
  • The preferred candidate has an experience managing successful projects in a global organisation and context
  • The preferred candidate has prior knowledge of automation and or Assembly & Packaging processes
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
