The position Together with your colleagues in the process support team, you will support the production. Your key responsibilities will be to support the running production, which purifies proteins primarily using chromatography and crossflow filtration. There is a strong focus on LEAN-systems, which together with our quality mindset, drives continuous improvements across the department. You will take part in the day-to-day problem solving and ensure that continuous improvements are implemented. We are in the process of implementing the MES system Manufacturing Execution Systems (PAS-X) and knowledge or interest in MES systems is an advantage. Further, we expect you to driving optimization projects in the department. You have to have an eye for detail and that you can analyse process data from the production.   • You hold a degree within a relevant engineering field such as biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering or similar.
  • You have broad experience from the pharmaceutical industry or related industry.
  • You have knowledge of GMP and experience with documentation according to specific guidelines and frameworks.
  • You are data driven, you can understand data, visualize data and work with them.
  • You are driven by a desire to improve and rethink our production processes and workflows.
  • High verbal and written communication skills in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
    • As a person you are self-driven with a ‘can do’ mind-set, you have an analytical approach to your tasks. You work systematically with here and now problem solving, but you also possess the ability and interest in working with improvements and execution of these. Thus, it is important that you are good at planning and working in a structured manner. We expect you to be optimistic by nature and possess an independent drive and initiative to solve relevant tasks that are not necessarily formally delegated to you. We work as a team towards the same goal and therefore it is important that that it is natural for you to collaborate with all kinds of professions in the organization. About the department The department is part of the BRD API production sites in Denmark. We produce API for medicine against bleeding disorders. The department is around 70 persons, with a mix of very experienced and less experienced employees. Our production facilities are located in the same building as our newly renovated offices at Hagedornsvej in Gentofte.
