In this role, you will lead the Future AP Cleanroom program portfolio and thereby support our Senior Specialist and Novo Nordisk Process manager within Manage GxP regulated facility. The process sets the requirements to operate, and maintain facilities and environment used for manufacturing, especially in aseptic production. The Future AP Cleanroom program is established to have a clear and global roadmap for current and future cleanrooms.
You are expected to:
• Drive the portfolio activities
• Lead several of the projects in the portfolio to ensure global interest
• Facilitate meetings for an Environmental Monitoring (EM) manager group, creating a space for inspiration and sharing and at the same time ensuring progress and alignment on projects
• Challenge current state to meet the high aspirations for the future
• Utilize collaboration with academia’s, start-ups, innovation houses, suppliers, and our production sites to bring in new technology and optimise the process in aseptic production facilities The projects are not investment projects in the classical way, but all have different levels of complexity and require heavy stakeholder engagement and you need to have a solid understanding of the impact on our production sites in mind all the time.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
• A master’s degree in engineering, Pharmacy, microbiology or similar
• At least +5 years of experience with project management in GxP-regulated productions
• A wide range of business experience, including cLEAN and Six Sigma in the implementation of corporate strategies
• Proven track record of implementing cross organisational projects including organisational change management (OCM)
• Handle complex workflows with few or no defined procedures in place
• Fully proficient in both written and spoken English, while Danish is an advantage As a person, you are ambitious, embrace changes and you are politically savvy, enabling you to build trusting relationships across organisational levels and influence the organization by leveraging on your informal leadership skills. You have strong business acumen and can speak technical and business. You are sharp at interacting with senior-level managers, and you are recognised as a strong collaborator and facilitator. It is an advantage if you have subject matter expertise within aseptic production. About the department
Manufacturing Development is a part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) with a team of over 650 colleagues working together to optimise and develop processes across six global production sites. Our field of work broadly covers the area also known as MSAT (Manufacturing, Science, and Technology). We bring value to our patients by driving innovation for the entire BRD, working with Industry 4.0, new technologies, biotechnology, and developing processes for both existing and future products.
