Do you want to develop Process Analytical Technology (PAT) for future pharmaceutical production? Are you excited about the possibility to drive changes and introduce new solutions? We are currently looking for new scientists to help our team develop methods towards real time release testing at our production sites in Novo Nordisk. The position
Together with your colleagues in the Analytical Technology team you will be responsible for driving projects investigating and evaluating the technologies we work with, while using that knowledge and data to contribute to and drive further optimization.
You will have contact to a lot of colleagues outside the team and will be in close dialogue with the production sites, development departments, Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
Your primary tasks will be: • Development, and implementation of analytical methods to be used in Quality Control (QC) or production for new as well as existing products.
• Focus on in-line/at-line methods and data models.
• The evaluation of new technology to support API or aseptic production, Continuous GMP Manufacturing, and Real Time Release Testing (RTRT). Qualifications
To be successful in the job, you have:
• Technical or scientific background and have some experience in designing and developing analytical tools related to testing in either a laboratory setting or directly in a process stream.
• Strong competencies with the use and application of analytical methods such as Raman, NIR, FTIR, UV-Vis, or other measurement techniques that are suitable for in-line/at-line measurements or Real Time Release.
• Alternatively, solid experience with automated data analysis.
• Meticulous and detail oriented, but also understand how and when to compromise, so the end-product is fit-for-purpose.
• You speak English and can communicate in Danish or have the desire to learn to do so. Additionally, this challenging position requires energy, drive, flexibility, and good collaboration skills. If you tend to thrive in a dynamic environment where we set ambitious goals for ourselves and you are a team player – open-minded, engaged, and able to inspire and motivate your colleagues then you might be our new Scientist for PAT Development!
