Senior Project Manager – Fill Finish Expansion Vendors Test Coordination Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a knack for governing vendor testing for a huge expansion programme? The position We are seeking a highly organized Senior Project Manager with a passion for driving solutions and delivering results to join our team. The successful candidate will develop a standard FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) execution model based on best practices within and outside of Novo Nordisk, with a focus on collaboration and communication across all work packages and receiving project sites.
Your key tasks and areas of responsibility may be summed up as:
  • Assemble and lead a central FAT team to develop and define standards for FAT preparation, planning, and execution while keeping stakeholders informed and providing continuous guidance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates, issues, and risks to senior management, building and maintaining effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the setup and implement learning for future executions while identifying and resolving project barriers and conflicts.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools, while continuously assessing and improving project delivery processes.

    • Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in project management tools and methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, time, and budget constraints.

    Ideally, you see yourself in the following description:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working in the pharma industry is an advantage.
    • About the area You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. About the department The Validation Standards department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product during the manufacturing process. They develop and implement quality control plans and work closely with other departments to maintain quality standards.
