The position
In the position as Equipment Supporter in our department, you will be a part of our team supporting the on-going API production in the facility. You will have technical responsibility and be a defining part of the effort to ensure, that we are always in compliance with regulatory demands, quality standards and GMP.
Depending on experience, responsibilities include: Handling deviations, change requests and you can also expect to be part of small or medium-sized validation, and verification projects across our area. Coordinating and planning of our maintenance and calibration activities. Take responsibility for specific production equipment as well as our HVAC-systems. Daily support activities including being on shopfloor driving systematic problem solving and optimisations in collaboration with our skilled workers and operators in the production team.
As indicated by the support function, this is a dynamic working environment where the challenges and assignments change regularly, but the focus is always on providing the best support for the production unit.
Qualifications
You will be a great asset to our team because you have: Mechanical Engineer, ’Maskinmester’ or another relevant technical background. Experience within the areas of maintenance, qualification of equipment, validation, measuring equipment and HVAC in ideally a GMP-regulated environment or other highly regulated industries. Solid technical background and a strong motivation for daily operation, systematic problem solving and data analysis. Experience with SAP PM and Quality Manual (QM). Fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken.

API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Denmark is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues working together to manufacture the API used in life-saving medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced chemical and biotechnological processes such as cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying. We bring value to our patients by providing the cleanest possible high-quality API made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) while constantly optimising our processes.
