The position In this role, you will systematically evaluate our business needs and will support the development of a LEAN mindset in our departments in Biotech & Rare Diseases, Quality Assurance. You identify improvement areas and will implement robust action plans together with leaders and employees. You will be responsible for addressing pain points in the flow of quality assurance processes and providing hands-on support to QA teams. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Implement strategic initiatives on a tactical level using lean methodology
• Support departments towards a strong continuous improvement culture
• Provide coaching and training to employees and leaders
• Deep dive into specific problem-solving and improvement opportunities
• Be a Trainer in our LEAN academy Qualifications
We imagine that you have a solid background, which demonstrate exceptional result within strategy deployment & implementation, process improvement, visual management systems, and not at least, hands-on problem-solving.
In addition, you have experience with coaching and delivering training to leaders and employees. To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a master’s degree within engineering, pharmacy, IT, business or similar
• Have extensive LEAN experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Have strong experience in project and stakeholder management
• Strong experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies
• Are fluent in English As a person, you have a proactive mindset, are self-driven and result oriented. You're skilled at collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organisation.
About the department
The Biotech & Rare Diseases QA area has 275 employees, organized across six departments. Five of these departments are in Denamrk and one in the US. You will have the opportunity to join our cross-functional QA Business Support Team, which includes our most experienced QA process senior professionals, project managers and specialists. The team has a high level of self-governance and our working relationships are informal.
