The Position
As a Process Supporter in our department, you will be a part of our team supporting the on-going API production in the facility. You will have responsibility for the process and be a defining part of the effort to ensure that we are always in compliance with regulatory demands, quality standards, and GMP.
The main tasks will be to:
As indicated by the support function, this is a dynamic working environment where the challenges and assignments change regularly, but the focus is always on providing the best support for the production unit.

You are data driven, you can understand data, visualize data and work with data. You are driven by a desire to improve and rethink our production processes and workflows.
On a personal level you are result-oriented, good at planning, and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player who can motivate the people around you, and you are motivated to mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.
It is expected that you continuously work towards simplifying and optimising the production processes and equipment, to ensure our product is delivered to the highest possible yield, timely and in high quality.
About the Department
The Glucagon API production is located in Gentofte and consists of a department of approx. 34 employees organised in two teams. In the production facility, the glucagon is purified and shipped off to filling where it finishes up the product.

The Position
As a Process Supporter in our department, you will be a part of our team supporting the on-going API production in the facility. You will have responsibility for the process and be a defining part of the effort to ensure that we are always in compliance with regulatory demands, quality standards, and GMP.
The main tasks will be to:
- Handle deviations
- Handle change requests.
- Be part of small or medium-sized validation and verification projects across our area.
- Be on shopfloor driving systematic problem solving and optimizations in collaboration with our skilled workers and operators in the production team.
As indicated by the support function, this is a dynamic working environment where the challenges and assignments change regularly, but the focus is always on providing the best support for the production unit.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you have:
- A degree within a relevant engineering field such as biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering or similar
- 2 years of experience from a GMP production environment
- Experience with documentation according to specific guidelines and frameworks
- High verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
