Our journey is one of continuous transformation, and we are looking for a Senior Digital Manager to lead our digital strategies for the Next Gen Oral category. You will be the architect and at the foundation of building our digital presence, crafting strategies that resonate across global markets for our Next Gen Oral products. You will define and drive the digital consumer experience, data insights, brand awareness, and consumer engagement and lead our brands digitally to new heights. This role is for the digital maverick who is ready to steer our brands, XQS and STRÖM, through the constantly evolving digital landscape.

Summary:

As the Senior Digital Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies, create engaging content, and oversee the integration of our global digital platforms. Your strong digital expertise will set the direction for our digital narrative, ensuring our brands stand out in a competitive market.

Your mission is to catapult our NGO brands, XQS and STRÖM, into the digital stratosphere. You will navigate the crossroads of digital marketing and product innovation, steering our digital narrative towards uncharted territories of growth and customer engagement.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Next-Gen Oral, and you will be joining a diverse and international team in an inclusive working environment providing a great opportunity to grow within the role, the company, and as a person. You will be based in the Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s Head Office in Gentofte, Denmark, and should expect to travel as part of the job (up to 20% across Europe).

What can you expect as a Senior Digital Manager – Next Gen Oral (NGO)?

  • Strategize, develop, and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy that maximizes digital ROI and customer lifetime value.
  • Be the vanguard of content creation, utilizing SEO optimization to elevate brand visibility and harness SEM tactics for market penetration.
  • Manage relationships with agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints, including video content and media planning.
  • Guide local markets with strategic acumen, ensuring alignment with global digital best practices.
  • Direct and refine digital asset management, from UX/UI design to customer journey mapping across all digital platforms.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging advanced analytics to propel digital innovation and performance marketing.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain a seamless e-commerce experience, optimizing conversion rates and enhancing user engagement across markets.
  • Orchestrate the creation of a unified digital ecosystem, integrating all NGO products onto a single platform, from the currently multiple brand websites, for a cohesive brand experience.
  • Cultivate a center of digital excellence within STG, mentoring teams to excel in digital fluency and innovation.
  • Govern central budget allocation with a keen eye on maximizing digital spending efficiency and effectiveness.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter most for this role):

  • A wealth of experience in digital marketing, particularly within B2C and e-commerce landscapes, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proficient in leveraging marketing technology stacks and digital analytics tools to deliver exceptional online experiences.
  • A mastery of A/B and multivariate testing, with a high drive for conversion rate optimization and customer journey enhancement.
  • Demonstrated experience in agency management, orchestrating global media campaigns that resonate and convert.
  • A digital thought leader with a track record in pioneering SEO strategies and website optimization.
  • A creative mindset that has an eye for outstanding, engaging creative digital content.
  • Possess a track record of developing and implementing successful global digital strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enjoy empowerment, a self-starter with a high drive for results, that enjoys a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • University degree, 7+ years of working experience in the field of Digital Marketing.
