Do you want to play a key role in creating a great onboarding experience for our new employees in a production area looking into rapid growth? Are you an experience learning professional, with a passion for developing learning journeys with high business impact? Then you might be just who we are looking for at our production site in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) located in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse ! The position As an Onboarding and Training Professional your main responsibility will be driving the implementation of different onboarding initiatives and programs eg. Welcome program for new employees, Leaders onboarding and onboarding bootcamps across our production units. Starting with an analysis of the business needs and challenges, then designing, implementing and anchor the programs. Furthermore you will secure that we continuously improve the programs based on feedback from your stakeholders and end users. In this position you will:
  • Design simple, engaging, and efficient onboarding
  • Use your learning and training toolbox to help line of business develop effective onboarding content that enhances the onboarding experience.
  • Identify training needs and apply relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids to create the best possible learning journey for our employees.
  • Identify tools that can automate and simplify administrative part of the onboarding process.
  • Engage with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation.
  • Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact.
    • All above will be performed in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers. You will join a network of skilled training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area. Qualifications The most important qualification is your passion and drive for developing efficient onboarding that enhances competences and employee experience. We are looking for an experienced training and onboarding professional.
  • Preferable you hold a relevant master’s degree within adult learning, organisational development, psychology or similar.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience with designing and implementing onboarding or training setups and in depth knowledge of different training and learning principals.
  • You have experience within project management or coordination and a proven track record of driving change initiatives.
  • You possess strong stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate on all levels of the organisation.
  • Fluency in Danish and English both written and spoken is a prerequisite.
  • Experience from a GMP regulated industry is an advantage.
    • On a personal level you have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders where most of your time is spend together with line of business. Last but not least you enjoy being a part of a team where sparring and humour is high on the agenda. About the department The team is responsible for designing and implementing training and onboarding in all our Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) production units in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse. You will be joining a team of six colleagues. As a team we prioritise time for Sparring and knowledge sharing and are always willing to give each other a helping hand if needed. We are a social team that makes room for diversity and sees the strength in each other's differences. The team is a part of our local production site business support function. The co-teams in the department are responsible for investment projects and -validation, project portfolio management, LEAN, Business Intelligence and Warehouse Operations.
