We are currently looking for Digital Innovation & transformation professionals to support the scale and anchoring of enterprise IT solutions. Apply for a life changing career! The position As our new Transformation Partner, you will be part of a project team with the purpose of implementing Enterprise IT solutions across the production facilities of Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) in Novo Nordisk. For Novo Nordisk to truly harvest the benefit of process digitalization, a strengthened focus on ensuring alignment for smooth project execution as well as anchoring the IT systems afterwards, organizational change management and collaboration with the production sites will be key - this is where you come in. You will drive the development of our Organizational Change Management (OCM) approach, as well as support specific projects executing specific change management initiatives. As such you will work both on a cross-functional strategic level, as well as a specific operational level. Main responsibilities of the Transformation Lead are:
  • Act as project manager on our OCM concept. Capture requirements/ OCM impediments and develop solutions that can counteract systemic issues.
  • Help specific projects execute OCM activities.
  • Communicate across the organization to mature need for OCM activities.
  • Drive maturity assessments on the production sites ensuring alignment and expectation setting to the implementation and benefit of the solutions.
  • Interacting with key stakeholders such as site Directors, LEAN partners, Team Leads and others to ensure a strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Leading the training of users on site and ensuring the right level of OCM throughout the implementation.
  • Being responsible for measuring and following up on business value realization.
  • You will also be part of establishing a best practice toolbox for deployment with a strong focus on organizational change management.

    Qualifications We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:
  • An academic degree within e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience from a Change Management role.
  • Experience with project and stakeholder management.
  • You are a strong facilitator and communicator and have previously worked with implementation of digital solutions.
  • LEAN experience is a benefit.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. Danish will be highly advantageous.
  • On a personal level you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where teamwork is on top of the agenda, therefore we expect you to have a positive can-do attitude and be able to communicate clearly, precisely and in an engaging way. About the department You will be part of BRD Enterprise IT Projects team in the Digital & Projects department within our Manufacturing Development area. BRD Digital & Projects is part of BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control that has its base in Gentofte, Denmark.
