The Position The team, you will be managing, is to be established, as we have acquired a new isolator filling line, for which personnel are needed to assist in the operation. Your primary task in the first phase will therefore be to create a socially and professionally functioning team of newly hired skilled workers. After that, the task will be to create a well-functioning team ready for daily production. When we are in production, your primary tasks will include:
  • Motivating and inspiring the team and contributing to daily challenges that may arise.
  • Ensuring that the team always works in compliance with applicable procedures with good aseptic behavior.
  • Identifying improvements in existing processes, both in systems, procedures, and equipment.
  • Professional development of the team.
    • You will be also focused on a daily collaboration with, for example, supporting departments, QA and warehouse, with a focus on the common goal of producing in the best possible way on 3 parameters: cost, quality, and delivery. The work takes place in a department with a modern isolator filling line. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, ideally from production department.
  • 2+ years of management experience in building trust in teams and well-functioning work environments.
  • Fluency in English (a must) and Danish is a great plus.
    • Your extensive human competencies make it easy for you to build and maintain trusting relationships across and outside the organization - at all professional levels. You are naturally curious and like to see things in real life and communicate directly. By nature, you have a positive attitude, you prioritize involvement, knowledge sharing, and appreciation - and your top priorities are quality and continuous improvement. We expect you to be a clear leader who can set direction for your team, handle production challenges, and assist in problem-solving. Additionally, it is important that you are a good role model, who drives good results in your team and is available to your employees for sparring and coaching. About the Department Biotech and rare disease (BRD) Finished Products in Gentofte is part of Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia disorders. Our department will handle aseptic filling on brand new isolator filling lines. We are approximately 75 motivated and talented colleagues divided into 3 operating teams, 4 support teams and a staff team. Your department is especially characterized by high tempo, high professionalism, and an informal tone.
