As a Product Architect at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to guide implementation teams to follow the technical direction for OT initiatives and projects within the organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the use of best practices, design guides, principles, and agreed standards, including our target architecture. We also expect you to:
  • Support IT/OT projects in applying new technologies and defined standards
  • Conduct system analyses to align the current OT landscape with the global IT roadmap
  • Engage with local stakeholders to create local roadmaps for necessary corrections
  • Work across the Digital, Data & IT organization and with cross-organizational tasks
    • Competencies on our radar To be successful in this role, we believe it is essential that you have:
  • A Master’s degree or equivalent within IT Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience covering IT operational processes and governance structures in large organizations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automation and IT architect, with experience in international standards like ISA.S95 and ISA.S88
  • Hands-on technical experience with designing, implementing, and qualifying automation/OT solutions (PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES, Historian etc.) and network infrastructure
  • Previous experience within the Pharma, Biotech, or other regulated industries, with a strong knowledge base about GAMP 5, 21 CFR part 11, Annex 11, and derived guidelines, will be a great advantage
  • Exceptional analytic skills and experience in creating roadmaps or projects that span years
    • On a personal level, we imagine you are a good communicator, able to listen and understand the OT, IT, and business complexities and translate them into opportunities, ensuring the best Automation/OT solutions for the sites. About the Department You will join the IT & OT Project Team, consisting of 9 skilled and committed colleagues, including project managers, validation specialists, and solution architects.
