The position We are strengthening our focus on Environment, Health, and Safety at our site in Kirke Værløse (KV), as we have recently expanded our local Health & Safety Organisation. In lieu of having appointed a new leader as EHS head for the site, we are now searching for a new Sr. EHS Professional to join our team and help us drive the expansion further. As our new Sr. EHS Professional you will have ownership of setting direction towards mitigating risks and promoting a sustainable, healthy, and safe working environment. Since the site is currently experiencing a rapid growth, we have various projects underway to upgrade the facility. Your passion for EHS matters will be a key driving force to help us achieve these goals. You will become a key player at the site, and have a proactive collaboration with both different management teams, Health and Safety representatives (HSR), CVP EHS partners, and other stakeholders. This position will be part of the newly established Business Support at site KV and report to the Senior Manager for the department. The Senior Manager also has the role as EHS leader of site KV, and in this regard, your contribution will be directly linked to our area’s success. Some of your areas of responsibility will include: To provide support within EHS to site KV and to a smaller sister site in Gentofte. To follow up on and drive EHS activities focusing on continuous improvement as well as EHS targets together with CVP EHS Partner. To set direction for and establish EHS processes and guidelines at site KV together with CVP EHS Partner. To strengthen our current set-up and establish strong collaboration with local HS representatives and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards within EHS. To participate in EHS assessments of projects including building projects and assist in the identification and evaluation of EHS hazards and risks through e.g., WPA (workplace risk assessment) as well as in the investigation of EHS incidents and accidents. To plan, execute and follow up-on audits and inspections in collaboration with CVP Partner, alongside maintaining EHS records and documentation in order. Furthermore, you will be a vital part of the local Health and Safety Organisation (HSO). Qualifications We are looking for a person with an outgoing, systematic, and structured approach, and a willingness to learn and work in a team that has several areas of responsibility within our KV site. You would be our ideal new colleague if you have the following experience: An academic degree in engineering, technical education, business or other relevant education within EHS. 2+ years of experience with general working environmental tasks. Preferably, you have experience working in a production company or at a construction site. Great stakeholder management skills, knowing how to integrate and communicate with different people in an agile environment. In addition, you have great Change Management skills, understanding that change is difficult and knowing how to navigate projects and people through changes. Experience with data analysis and reporting, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably EHS software. Fluency in both written and oral English and preferably also Danish or a strong willingness to learn it. On a professional level, you bring the motivation for solving tasks related to Environment, Health and Safety, whether this being related to building, construction, production or office environment. Furthermore, you should also be interested in tasks related to organizational changes in addition to the working environment. We also expect that you appreciate the importance of accurate and timely documentation for safety and quality control and make this a priority. On a personal level, you would be our ideal candidate if you possess the ability to energize colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring engagement and commitment to collective goals. You are a person who enjoys sharing knowledge and hold a continuous improvement mindset, a solution-focused attitude to achieve results whilst keeping strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. About the department BRD Finished Products Business Support site KV is a newly established department with the daily responsibility for Warehouse, Facility and Production Support and Planning and Capacity at site KV. We provide support to the local production area ensuring that the production can run smoothly. We are part of an overall Business Support in BRD FP. The overall department supports finished production sites in Kirke Værløse, Gentofte and Kalundborg focusing on lean, training and project management. Working at BRD, Novo Nordisk BRD Finished Products is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites in Kirke Værløse, Gentofte and Kalundborg, we are more than 300 colleagues responsible for transforming the filled products into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with assembly and packaging at our sites.
