Then seize the opportunity and become Associate Manager in Aseptic Support, part of Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) in Gentofte. The position The supporting team of Heating Ventilation and Airconditioning (HVAC) and formulation work from multiple locations in site Gentofte, and the stakeholder map of the team is broad. The HVAC and formulation processes in clean room is dependent on many other process disciplines and support today a few filling lines, whereas within a year from now multiple new processes and lines are to be ready for future demands. As the new Associate Manager for HVAC and formulation team, you will have the responsibility of leading 13 highly dedicated employees on daily basis. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Engage and support the team in their daily contribution to production and b e present for sparring.
  • Support improvements in existing processes, both in systems, procedures, and equipment.
  • Focus on professional development of the team.
  • Provide cross discipline alignment and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure proactive dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders of production flow and project managers for processes and flows to be established.
    • You will be also focused on a daily collaboration with, for example, supporting departments, QA and warehouse, with a focus on the common goal of producing in the best possible way on 3 parameters: cost, quality, and delivery. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Preferably, experience from the pharmaceutical industry, ideally from aseptic production or clean room.
  • 2+ years of management experience in building trust in teams and well-functioning work environments.
  • Fluency in English and preferably in Danish.

About the department Biotech and rare disease (BRD) Finished Products in Gentofte is part of Novo Nordisk, which produce biopharmaceutical products. Our department will handle aseptic support for the filling on conventional filling lines and brand-new isolator filling lines. We are approximately 170 motivated and talented colleagues divided into 6 operating teams, 4 support teams and a staff team.
