The position As Senior LEAN Partner, you will drive the implementation of LEAN Supply System across the CVP area. We offer a position with a large variety of tasks and collaboration with many stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. This means that part of your work will be carried out on the shopfloor applying the LEAN Supply System into our everyday work. Based on the business needs and strategic direction, you will: Drive and support the implementation of LEAN Supply System across the CVP area and ensure alignment with strategic goals and ambitions. Coach and develop department cLEAN® partners i n driving cLEAN® Leadership behaviors and using cLEAN® systems and tools. Identify focus areas for process improvements in the CVP area drive and support execution at CVP and department level. Facilitate and share best practices across your area through the cLEAN® Partner Network, cLEAN® Academy and other channels. As the initiator of the LEAN culture in the area, we help to teach and disseminate various cLEAN tools and ways of thinking in Novo Nordisk's cLEAN Academy. The position is for one year, with the possibility of extension. Qualifications Your experiences include: An academic degree with relevant subject matter: engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business/ organizational management, or project management. At least 5 years of experience with LEAN implementation, project management, strategy deployment, coaching, or change management and cultural transformation Extensive experience coaching team leaders, department managers and employees. Expertise with LEAN implementation, project management, strategy deployment, coaching, change management and cultural transformation. Clear leadership and demonstrated understanding of project management tools. Full proficiency in oral and written English. On a professional level we also expect you to demonstrate ability to promote and apply LEAN principles, methods and tools, and always link this to business needs. You are able operationalize abstract thinking and put this into action, whilst you show a passion and drive to develop and maintain a LEAN culture. As a person, you have excellent communication and presentation skills which enable you to build effective working relationships with partners, suppliers and customers and influence others and can work cross-functionally. With your drive and ability to independently set direction for an area you act as a catalyst for change with strong skills in change management combined with strong strategic skills. You see opportunities rather than limitations and have the right balance between being instructive, setting direction, coaching and supporting the organisations LEAN journey and culture. About the department Finished Products site Gentofte and Værløse is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse, we are more than 750 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment, assembly, and packaging. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology. Working at at Biotech & Rare Disease Novo Nordisk Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products.
