The position
As a member of our team, you will work with skilled technical supporters dedicated to improving the technical stability of the filling line and related equipment through continuous improvement efforts. Our team comprises talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, who are driven by a passion for learning, improving, and having fun together. You will be responsibilities will include: • Providing technical and process expertise in aseptic processing of sterile pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Developing and facilitating executing project plans for equipment implementation or improvement in an aseptic environment, including timeline management, resource allocation, and risk assessment. • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders in our own department, suppliers, and specialists in other departments. • Preparing documentation and management of test execution and validation of activities within your area of responsibilities (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ). • Systematically solving problems and improving technical stability on the filling line. Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have a sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. You are skilled at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: • A Master's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in aseptic production within the pharmaceutical industry .
• A strong understanding of cGMP regulations and industry standards for aseptic processing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Danish is a plus, but not required.
• Talent for communication and project management. About the department
Finished Products site Gentofte is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our site in Gentofte, we are more than 500 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in the latest technology.
