The Position As a Process Supporter, you will be part of our skilled support team working with all processes needed for aseptic production. You will be providing daily support to the production ensuring that processes are in control, handling incidents, and executing changes needed to improve the way we work. The team works closely together with other teams in the department, where the working environment is dynamic, community-based and informal in a busy everyday life. The main tasks will be to:
• Provide continuous optimization of processes, including validation, training, and updating of procedures.
• Support the operators in the production when needed. Challenges with our processes may arise, and together we learn and solve problems while ensuring product quality.
• Write documentation to ensure product quality, including deviations, changes, and instructions.
• Implement new requirements and improvements to our processes. Working days are usually a good mixture of these tasks, hence we have some time to spend at our office desks, to participate in meetings, and to go for walks on the production site. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, or natural sciences.
• Experience from working in a GMP regulated environment is a plus.
• A strong quality and compliance mindset.
• Curiosity about processes and willingness to learn.
• Professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Danish or willingness to learn Danish is a plus. On a personal level, you are social and positive by nature with a persistent can-do approach. You proud yourself in being proactive, solution-oriented and having knowledge sharing skills. Working systematically and being committed to both work and colleagues, while successfully handling a demanding workload are the key to being successful in this role. About the department Our aseptic filling department is part of the Biotech & Rare Disease Finished Products in Gentofte. We are approx. 150 colleagues in the department, where we currently operate one isolator filling facility and are implementing two additional isolators in another facility. The position is as process supporter for the running isolator facility where we fill Glucagon in vials. Production includes processes as sterilisation, cleaning, environmental monitoring, formulation, filling, and freeze drying and is characterized by complex processes.
