The position
As our new Data Integrity Lead, you will be part of our digitalisation team with the purpose of designing, developing, and maintaining digital solutions across various business units of our organization. Your role will be crucial in implementing data integrity strategies, managing data governance initiatives, and ensuring compliance with data regulations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, business units, and data users, to promote data integrity and data quality standards.
Main responsibilities are: Develop and implement data integrity strategies and processes. Ensure compliance with data regulations and standards. Collaborate with business units to resolve data integrity issues. Promote data quality standards across the organization. Lead data governance initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Qualifications
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences: An academic degree within e.g., Business Administrations, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in a Data Management or Data Governance role. Experience with data integrity strategies and data regulations. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Danish will be highly advantageous. On a personal level, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where teamwork is on top of the agenda. We expect you to have a positive can-do attitude and be able to communicate clearly, precisely, and in an engaging way. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to interact with your many stakeholders from different levels. You will be part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Digitalisation team in the Digital & Projects department within our Manufacturing Development area. BRD Digital & Projects is part of BRD Manufacturing Development & Quality Control that has its base in Gentofte, Denmark. What other companies call Manufacturing Science & Analytical Technology (MSAT), we call Manufacturing Development. We are approximately 460 colleagues who are the end-to-end station for product and process development for all BRD production facilities, driving innovation both when it comes to industry 4.0 technology and expansion of the product portfolio. Our aim is to increase the value generation to our Line of Business through a continuous improvement of our Data Solutions. Working at Novo Nordisk

We are more than 3000 dedicated colleagues working at six production sites in Denmark and the United States.
