If yes, then you may be our new Associate Manager for an operational team in Biotech and Rare Diseases at our production site in Gentofte. The Position As Associate Manager you will lead a highly committed and skilled operational team within aseptic production of Haemophilia products working day and evening shifts. Production is complex with quality and compliance in line with GMP and current Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), and in increasing volumes according to agreements with logistics. You will be working closely with colleagues to ensure the daily deliveries and to assure that the team maintain a high delivery performance with a strong quality mindset. You will also participate in cross functional projects with focus on optimising processes and communication. The main tasks will be:
  • Managing the team, including team meetings and development of employees

  • Ensure ongoing training and education of the team.

  • Arranging detailed planning for optimal and rational production

  • Delivering products in a timely manner and ensuring proper quality according to agreements

  • Optimizing yields and continuously improving productivity.

  • Ensuring compliance with NN policies, GMP/ISO regulations, and safety standards.

  • You will actively participate in team development to ensure compliance and continuous improvement through training and individual development of the employees. You will streamline routines within the team and across functional areas with stakeholders. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Educational background in leadership

  • Strong people management skills

  • Leadership experience in production teams

  • GMP experience or experience from other regulated areas

  • Good communications skills in Danish and English (fluency Danish will be a requirement)

  • As a person you have a positive mind set and see opportunities rather than limitation. You have an eye for improving team working conditions, as well as the ability to adapt to changes and motivate employees in complex situations. As a leader you focus your interest on your team's well-being and development and contribute to a positive, energetic, and high-spirited working environment. About the Department As a part of the Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) area within Novo Nordisk, the department is responsible for aseptic production of haemophilia products at the production site in Gentofte. The department cover the full aseptic production range within filling, freeze drying and capping of products, and consist of approx. 120 dedicated colleagues.
