Summary:
We are looking to strengthen our International Sales team with Export Activation Manager. Our team currently counts eight people, who are a part of the North American Branded and Rest of World division. They are responsible for international sales activities through external partners in Nordic countries, Middle East, Africa, South America, and Europe and they manage over 80 active export markets. The position is based in our head office in Gentofte, Copenhagen and you should expect 20-25 travel days per year.

What can you expect as an Export Activation Manager at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?
As our Export Activation Manager, you will initiate & drive marketing and sales initiatives in one of the following regions: South America, Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, or Nordic regions.
You will also be the global driver of a dedicated product category in the International Sales department. This involves a great variety of tasks and working with a multitude of people from both inside and outside the organization.
You will be reporting directly to one of our International Business Managers.
Your primary tasks will include the following:
• Spearhead, develop, and execute commercial initiatives and product launches in alignment with our Business Plan.
• Foster collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders, including Distributors, Corporate Marketing, Supply Chain, and Management, within the region.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and implement structured problem-solving approaches to drive project execution excellence.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for STG within the region, collaborating closely with the International Business Manager to assess potential new customers.
• Lead the management and activation of STG's dedicated product portfolio across international sales regions.
• Inspire distributors to prioritize and promote STG's portfolio through effective motivation and engagement strategies.
• Streamline project execution processes and reduce organizational and portfolio complexity to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business and preferably with an International focus
• Preferably, you possess 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Self-starter capable of seamlessly navigating both strategic planning and day-to-day operational tasks within specified timelines
• Strong stakeholder management skills with energy and enthusiasm
• Driven by commercial objectives and with a strong sense of ownership from project start to finish
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
