The team waiting for you Digital, Data & IT Product Supply is anchored within the Digital, Data & IT organization and has approximately 1100 employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France, and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as shopfloor needs worldwide. What you will be doing As the Senior manager your primary task will be to lead a smaller team whose primary task is to ensure that the IT and automation solutions are supporting 24x7 production at our sites in Kirke Værløse and ensure Operation Readiness for the facility in Odense, so your workweek will be divided between Kirke Værløse and Odense. In addition, your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Continuously maintain a five-year IT/OT roadmap for target architecture implementation and LCM activities including down time needs and funding estimates.
  • Recommend and implement new technologies that help meet customer and production demands
  • Be an ambassador for the Novo Nordisk culture and promote a cLEAN, agile and learning culture
  • Ensure department is operating in a both secure and compliant manner by following internal/external regulations and governance
  • Develop, manage, and track the site annual budget managing cost expectations, as well as identify potential sources of investment and organize fundraising efforts
  • Collaborate with department leadership and provide oversight for development, coaching, performance management, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Lastly, on a strategic perspective you can expect to be part of steering groups with focus on maintainability, security and delivery, and spearhead strategic initiatives and communication campaigns in close collaboration with the DD&IT PS leadership team. Which competencies to bring The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant area, e.g., IT, Master of science etc.
  • At least of 5 years of leadership, preferably in a people-centric role within IT or digitalization
  • Proven track record in driving the strategic business agenda, developing standards, and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Fluent written and spoken English, and it would be nice if you understand Danish
  • On a personal level, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels along with inclusive mindset with a focus on diversity, empathy, and creating a sustainable work environment.
