Are you an experienced leader with a strong passion for competency development? Would you like to play a crucial role in ensuring effective training of employees at our production sites? If you are motivated by standardizing and continuously improving the training processes to the production units working in a highly regulated environment, we have the perfect opportunity for you. The position As the Associate Manager of our newly established Training Support team anchored in Business Support, you will lead a team of 14 highly skilled Training Project Managers, Training Supporters, Onboarding Professionals and Job Function Coordinators who deliver high-quality training & onboarding support to our production units in Gentofte. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing a standardized strategy for continuously improving the quality of training at the production sites.
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships in departments, ensuring high level of support.
  • Coaching your team to and developing new solutions to enhance performance.
  • Support the site’s efforts to improve multiple training-related KPIs, including time-to-skill, reduce deviations relation to inadequate training material and past-due training.
  • Create systems and structures together with your team to ensure a high level of compliance within our training systems.
  • The Training Supporters, Training Project Managers and Job Function Coordinators are primarily situated locally at our production sites and to understand what adds value and makes a difference for your stakeholders, so you will spend most of your time on the shop floor, leading and coaching your team. Qualifications The most important qualification is your passion and drive to develop a great team with high engagement and performance. To succeed in this position, you:
  • Preferably hold a relevant degree in adult learning, organizational development, psychology or similar.
  • Have 2-3 years of a leadership experience preferably within training, production, or HR.
  • Have experience with developing training, competence development and driving projects in a large organization.
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Solid experience in change management, as well as excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential to this position as well. The department You will be a part of our Business Support department and report to the Director of the area. Business Support is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Aseptic production in Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte. The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, Project Portfolio Management, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Digitalisation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Planning & Capacity and Warehouse Operations. In the department we are ambitious and strive to deliver the best possible services to our production departments.
