Would you like to play a key role in creating an exceptional onboarding experience for our new employees in a production area looking into rapid growth? Are you an experienced learning professional, with a passion for developing learning journeys with high business impact?
Then you might be just who we are looking for at our production site in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) located in Gentofte!
The position
As an Onboarding Professional your primary responsibility will involve driving the implementation of different onboarding initiatives and programs such as welcome programs for new employees, leaders onboarding and onboarding bootcamps across our production units. This entails beginning with an analysis of the business needs and challenges, follow by designing, hands-on implementing and anchoring the programs. Additionally, you will ensure that we continuous improvement of the programs based on feedback from your stakeholders and end users. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing simple, engaging, and efficient onboarding experiences.
  • Using your learning and training toolbox to assist the line of business in developing effective onboarding content that enhances the onboarding.
  • Focus on time-to-skill in the onboarding process.
  • Identifying tools that can automate and simplify administrative aspects of the onboarding process.
  • Engaging with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation.
  • Utilizing a data-minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact.
  • All of mentioned tasks will be conducted in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers.
  • Also, you will join a network of skilled training and onboarding professionals from across the company, allowing you to share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area. Qualifications
    The most important qualification is your passion and drive for developing efficient onboarding that enhances competences and employee experience. You will be a great asset in our team if you have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing onboarding or training setups and in-depth knowledge of different training and learning principles.
  • Experience in project management or coordination and a proven track record of driving change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
  • Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Danish. Intermediate-level Danish proficiency also sufficient.
  • Experience from a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulated industry is an advantage.
  • On a personal level you have a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You thrive in an environment with many stakeholders, spending most of your time together with the line of business. Finally, you enjoy being a part of a team where sparring and humour are highly valued.
    About the department
    Aseptic Production site Gentofte is part of BRD. At our sites across Gentofte, we are more than 700 colleagues responsible for the aseptic production where we are transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in compliance with GMP in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in new technology.
