As a Manufacturing Development Professional, you will be part of our a highly motivated and dynamic team responsible for the technical support of freeze-drying equipment, with focus on optimization and maintenance of the validated state. You will receive training in lean principles, systematic problem solving, as well as GMP principles and implementing improvements via change request and deviation handling.
Our new colleague will play a key role in optimization, problem solving, document approval, and ensuring that the solutions are in line with industry standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Solving immediate critical production issues. Leading improvements projects through consistent long-term planning and implementation. Participating in cross organizational projects. Contributing to a healthy and engaging working environment. Qualifications You will be a great asset in our team if you have: At least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Production engineering, Marine engineering (Maskinmester) or similar. Few years of experience in technical field or be recent graduate with the latest insights and a willingness to learn. Strong interest in LEAN and GMP. Fluency in English is a requirement, and the ability to speak Danish is advantageous.
On a personal level, you are structured and can easily communicate with a variety of colleagues. As a dedicated team player, you are skilled at building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Being self-reliant, while respecting tight deadlines and having exceptional time-management skills are a key to success in the role. The ability to make quick decisions on the floor without compromising on quality of various tasks are the foundation upon which our team operates.
About the department
Finished Products site Gentofte and Værløse is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse, we are more than 750 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment, assembly, and packaging. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in the latest technology.
