Then you might be the new Training Professional we are looking for!
The Position
As a Training Professional, you work closely with many stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training. You will be the anchor for standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing of our training set-up. You will contribute to the analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems while ensuring training compliance in daily operations. You insist that learning solutions should always be kept simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users.
You will support the department management in ensuring effective and efficient training within our production areas. You will have the responsibility for the training setup in the department you support, and you will be the go-to person for training-related questions in your department.
Together with Training Project managers, you will identify training needs, perform job-break downs on the shop floor in collaboration with the operators, and design needed training levels. You will also be responsible for onboarding plans for new employees with a focus on time to skill as well as maintaining and updating the existing training structure in the department incl. coaching our local trainers. You will act as a strategic sparring partner for the management group regarding training and proactively take initiative if you see a need for the business. You will engage with stakeholders from all parts of the organization. You will be expected to use a data-minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact.
All above will be performed in close collaboration with the operators, skilled workers, process experts, managers, and QA. Furthermore, you will join a network of skilled training professionals from across the company where you will share knowledge about best practices, and receive support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices in your area.
Qualifications
We expect our Training Professionals to have:
• A relevant academic degree.
• Experience in identifying training needs, performing job-break downs in collaboration with the end user and establishing needed training levels.
• Good presentation skills and the ability to visualize content appropriately.
• Full proficiency in English and Danish.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated industry is an advantage. Furthermore, on a personal level, you have a can-do attitude and are willing to learn. With a structured approach to tasks, you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating both with your colleagues as well as various stakeholders. Having passion and drive for developing efficient training that enhances competences and human performance would also be an advantage.
About the Department
Aseptic Production site Gentofte is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites across Gentofte, we have more than 700 colleagues responsible for aseptic production where we are transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in new technology.
