As a Head of BRD (Biotech & Rare Disease) FP (Finished Products) Process Excellence, you will take on a central role, not only in the team but also in the department as well as externally to other parts of the organisation. Your primary role is to manage and drive the compliance portfolio. Other responsibilities will be focused on:
• Initiating compliance and OEE improvements and saving projects in the Process Groups
• Driving standardization projects within QMS across the CVP area and locations (Gentofte, Kirke Værløse, Kalundborg, Tigten, Nybrovej)
• Being a Production Process partner for BRD FP Management team and coaching Area Process Managers
• Prioritising the compliance portfolio to ensure timely closure of gaps and harvesting of gains from compliance improvement projects Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:
• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Business, Administration, or related field
• Extensive experience in GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry (experience from QA would be great)
• Some knowledge and experience in people management
• Broad experience working with quality systems management
• Professional proficiency in English As a professional, you can interact with many stakeholders in a constructive and positive way. You are outgoing and find it easy to engage, both in the task and with your employees. As a person you are inspiring and motivating, a strong innovator, that strives for continuous improvement, and you have a drive to set and reach ambitious targets on new ground. At our sites in Gentofte, Kalundborg, Kirke Værløse and Odense, we are more than 350 colleagues working together to ensure that our finished products are assembled and packed to the highest standards before distributed to people living with serious chronic diseases. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with GMP in a timely and cost-effective way as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology.
