The position
As Technical Supporter, in this position you will be a key driver for ensuring that our production equipment meets our standards and needs, focusing on optimisation and maintenance of their validated state.
You will handle equipment responsibility to ensure that the equipment is ready for production within the pharmaceutical industry's requirements, this will include:
Being part of the daily support with expert knowledge for handling incidents, change requests, deviations, and cross organisational projects. A key role in problem solving, document approval, and ensuring that the solutions are in line with industry standards. In the position, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment where two days are never similar with the goal of ensuring continuation of the production.
You will be welcomed alongside a team of 10 colleagues. We work together on our most important tasks: Maintaining the equipment ready for production on our production line, and we are great at sharing both challenges and victories!
Qualifications
Your experiences include:
An academic degree in engineering, natural science, pharmacy, Marine Engineering (maskinmester) or similar. 2+ years of working experience in a technical support role from the pharmaceutical industry, or from another regulated industry. A technical mindset and have experience with validation is an advantage. Experience with GMP and LEAN methodologies is an advantage. Professionally proficient in written and oral Danish and English. On a personal level, you see yourself as self-driven, can take initiative and flexible to adapt to changes in circumstances that are important. Your technical interest for equipment and installations is a given and have a keen eye for quality as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
Finally, you have good communication skills and an ability to work in collaboration with a broad range of different stakeholders on all levels of the organisation.
