Then you could be our new colleague in the Aseptic Manufacturing, Business Support cLEAN & OpEx department (AM GE BS cLEAN & OpEx) in Site Gentofte (PS AM Site Ge).
The position
Our framework is the cLEAN Supply System (cSS). cLEAN Supply System (cSS) applies for Product Supply across Novo Nordisk A/S. It includes principles, tools, systems and expected behaviors for leaders and business areas.
You will be taking up a position with a large variety of tasks (within cSS), involving stakeholders and processes across all levels of the organization. You can expect a wide range of opportunities for personal and professional development in this highly visible and influential position. You will support your customers by identifying and driving systematic problem solving, improvements of stability, digitalization and standardization across the site.
You will: Lead relevant strategic optimization projects. Shopfloor coaching and educating our leaders in LEAN standards such as visual management, systematic problem solving and process confirmation.
Qualifications
You have: Relevant academic degree, such as engineering or similar. Solid experience with LEAN management and LEAN tools, such as coaching, A3, VSM, SMED and can document successful implementations. Ability to convey your LEAN knowledge into practice. Proficiency in English and Danish both verbally and in writing is a prerequisite in this job. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding and passion for production processes, project management and is analytical and logical in their way of thinking. Experience and good grasp of data is welcomed.
Strong interpersonal skills are a must, you’re a team player yet not fearful of working on your own, and you are able to communicate seamlessly with people across all organisational levels and professional domains with respect. Additionally, you possess a natural drive and the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Finally, you see opportunities rather than limitations and have the right balance between setting direction and coaching. You are systematic, result-oriented, and curious. We expect that you have a passion and interest in identifying and reducing complexity and waste.

The department AM GE BS cLEAN & OpEx consists of cLEAN Partners, Continuous Improvement Professionals, Student and Manager. With a LEAN approach, the team supports AM GE´s strategic aspirations to better utilise data, further stabilise the production and increase efficiency.
As a LEAN Partner, you will become a member of an ambitious and engaged team that works to shape and implement our continued LEAN transformation journey.
