The position Your workday will be varied and at times tightly packed, as the IT system and automation equipment are crucial to production. You will handle your tasks in close dialogue with many employee groups both within and outside the department, where you will play a central role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Ensure that production runs optimally and that we always comply with applicable legal requirements Support the daily operation of IT systems and automation equipment, including troubleshooting the software of our production facilities Participate in the qualification of IT and automation changes Work with Senior automation engineering to enhance and optimize production processes This position is a parental leave cover and it can be your chance to gain experience in one of the world’s leading healthcare companies. Qualifications To thrive in this role, we imagine you have: A bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, Automation, Technology, or alternatively, more than 4 years of experience in IT & Automation support Automationsteknolog Experience IT supporter or data technician Experience in automation engineering is a plus and would be highly valued Knowledge of PLC, IT infrastructure, SCADA/HMI (iFIX), and servers in a Windows domain environment is a plus Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken) If you are a recent graduate, you are also welcome to apply. About the department We are looking for an Automation Supporter to be part of an IT support team of 8 handling daily IT/OT support for our production facilities, which consist of a filling factory with more than 35 fully automated systems. You will be part of a young and inspiring team, where we help each other and work closely together. Key responsibilities are supporting operations with a focus on computerized equipment uptime, ensuring records of inquiries to the IT team by telephone and mail, and creating knowledge articles for support guidelines.
