Are you ready to lead one of our Teams positioned in our Aseptic Manufacturing area at Novo Nordisk production site Gentofte? We are looking for a new Associate Manager who is motivated by delivering life essential medicine to patients globally. If you want to make a difference, we are ready to offer you an exciting opportunity. Apply today! The position You will lead 20-25 skilled operators working night shifts. You will assure that the team maintain a high delivery performance with a strong quality mindset and be the bridge to activities on other shifts. Besides securing a good environment in the cleaning team, you will also be an important colleague in the management team and stakeholder in projects expanding our capacity. The main tasks will be:
  • Ensure the right capacity for current and future needs based on our forecasts.
  • Performance management on an individual level.
  • Team management and creating engagement with employees.
  • Guide and assist the team through shopfloor presence.
  • Active member of our department leadership team.
  • Working with continuous improvements in daily processes.

  • A min. of 2-3 years of Leadership experience and proven strong people management skills.
  • Experience in aseptic filling and production environment is a must.
  • Fluency in Danish and English languages.
  • LEAN mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

About the department As a part of Aseptic Manufacturing site Gentofte, AM GE Aseptic Support currently consist of appr. 180 dedicated colleagues and are growing to meet future demands. We are responsible for Formulation, Wash & Sterilization, Cleaning and Environmental Monitoring in the Aseptic Filling of Hemophilia products.
