Samsøe Samsøe and Envii are looking for a Digital Coordinator with a flair and interest in digitization. You will be an integral part of our Backoffice team consisting of 10 employees in Glostrup, Denmark.
We are looking for a colleague to develop, operate and maintain our digital integrations. You will be responsible for our sell-through and replenishment platform (Gofact). You must coordinate and support our EDI integrations to our Key Accounts in close collaboration with our external EDI partner.
The ideal candidate is service-minded, has a natural technical understanding, is proactive and sees opportunities rather than limitations. Furthermore, you thrive in the interface between our external partners, Backoffice/sales and our customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and analyze data from our customers to Gofact
- Develop, operate, and onboard new customers to Gofact
- Support our Consignment Customers with stock numbers and replenishment set up
- Maintain and support existing EDI customers
- Develop and coordinate EDI strategy and integration with new customers
- Support, monitor and provide the necessary service to customers and internally in the organization for both digital integrations
YOUR PROFILE
- Structured and result-oriented
- Good at managing your time and multitasking
- Positive, extroverted and service-minded
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and in speech
- Good skills in communication and decision making
- Understanding of the fashion industry and its dynamics
- Expert user in Microsoft Office Excel
- Experience with ERP Systems, Navision, Business Central or similar
- Knowledge of EDI integrations
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of PIM systems, but not a requirement
- It is an advantage if you have experience from a fast-paced retail environment, but it is not a requirement
