We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Master Planner for our Planning & Analytics Department in Grenaa, who has the ambition to play a central role in a high-tech and innovative company.
Terma Aerostructures is a leading supplier of advanced and unique complex aerostructures for the civil market and the defense industry worldwide. Terma Aerostructures participates in the world’s largest industry project, the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) and employs more than 500 employees in Grenaa. During the past few years we have invested more than 300 MDKK in our production facilities and we are utilizing our production lines through both day, night and weekend shifts.
The Challenge:
Your primary area of responsibility will be production planning for our Composites Value Stream which accounts for a significant portion of our manufacturing activity in Grenaa. The plans you will make will serve as an enabler for effective production, high delivery performance and controlled WIP levels. You will be an important contributor to our S&OP process and have a major impact on the performance of our factory.

The department currently consists of four competent and dedicated colleagues who ensure development, updating and execution of well-balanced production plans. You will be responsible for:
- Keeping an overview over customer demand, manufacturing capacity and inventory.
- Preparation of input and participation in S&OP meetings.
- Close dialog with our Production Managers and Program Office regarding production capacity and delivery status.
- Keeping focus on deliveries ensuring that promised dates and production targets are met.
- Collecting and consolidating quantitative inputs from structured data sources.
- Building and maintaining digital dashboards and planning and production control support tools.
- Handle ongoing changes and inquiries related to the production and capacity planning.
- Review and develop our manufacturing planning and control concept and drive alignment of our master data.
You will report to Manager, Planning & Analytics department. The department currently consists of four competent and dedicated colleagues who ensure development, updating and execution of well-balanced production plans. We maintain a high level of exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across the organization therefore you are expected to thrive in a highly visible position in a dynamic working environment.
The Profile:
- You have an academic degree within SCM, Economics or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably combined with some years of experience within supply planning and production scheduling.
- You have a good understanding of ERP systems.
- You have strong analytical capabilities (incl. Excel at a master level).
- You prefer fact based and structured approach towards problem solving.
- You have an attention to detail and can manage several things at the same time without losing track.
- You like executing and being part of the daily operations.
- You possess good communication skills.
- You are proficient in Danish and English.
