The position as HSE Specialist has a huge impact on 's HSE journey, by contributing to a safer workplace by reducing unwanted chemicals and contributing to 's CSRD report. Our HSE department is growing at the moment we are 5 employees, ranging from newly graduated to senior level.
The HSE department is placed at our office in Grenaa as well as at our office in Lystrup.

The HSE department is placed at our office in Grenaa as well as at our office in Lystrup.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Standards Implementation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and support audits and certifications
- Sustainability and Reporting: Contribute to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) initiatives by providing insights and data related to HSE activities, especially within Pollution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HSE initiatives with sustainability goals
- Chemical Management: Develop and manage an end-to-end chemical management process, including procurement, handling, storage, and disposal
- Ensure compliance with chemical safety regulations (REACH, ROHS) and drive substitution initiatives where feasible
- Maintain up-to-date records of chemical inventories and safety data sheets (SDS)
- Safety and Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to health, safety, and environmental impacts
- Assist on incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to embed HSE best practices
Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field, or similar experience obtained in practice.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on ISO standards and chemical management
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements (experience with CSRD is a plus)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 auditor certification is an advantage
