For this specific position, Academic Work is looking for you who, through an 18-month intense, educational and developing talent program, will have the opportunity to take up the position as Digital Transformation Lead at one of Bunzl's Danish subsidiaries, Bunzl Distribution Denmark.
The program is divided into 3 periods with each a duration of 6 months (18 months in total). The first period will take place at Bunzl Distribution Danmark in Greve, after which period 2 and 3 will take place in two of Bunzl's European subsidiaries. By that you will both achieve a more nuanced and international understanding of the company as well as develop your professional and personal competencies. After completing the program, you will get the opportunity to continue in the role of Digital Transformation Lead, where you will use the knowledge you have gained to accelerate the transformation that you have assisted getting started.
You start with an onboarding program at Bunzl Distribution Danmark in Greve. Here you will be thoroughly introduced to the company's departments and to your colleagues. You will get a thorough insight into all the departments' functions and all associated work areas, and you will continuously be part of several exciting projects. You will help to identify these projects yourself, as you will initially have to analyze the most important focus areas for Bunzl Distribution Denmark's digital transformation. You will be part of the administration team and thus become responsible for the digital transformation being anchored in all departments.
You will be part of tailored onboarding programs, as well as get a personal mentor, in the first 6 months at Bunzl Distribution Denmark as well as in the two programs abroad.

We are looking for
... has a higher education where you have become acquainted with change management. It is an advantage if you have practical experience with organizational change processes and in that way understand how to handle change management in an organization. You must be passionate about technology and have the ability to challenge your colleagues and managers in their digital workflows. In addition, you must:
- Be communicative and able to convey data to colleagues
- Be able to work independently and discover and analyze obstacles
- See the need for training of your colleagues
- Be business oriented
- Speak and write Danish and English. Mastering another foreign language such as German, French, Spanish or Dutch is furthermore an advantage.
