Contribute to the roll-out of strategic projects in dsv Road:
As a Business Change Consultant in our Process Excellence and Implementation team within BCM Road, you will play a central role in supporting our global business processes and implementing key strategic projects within dsv Road. We offer a flexible role, with great responsibility where you take part of a highly skilled team of colleagues.
Ideally, you will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen. However, if necessary, you may choose to work out of one of our other European offices.
As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of dsv Road. More specifically, you will:
• Support the implementation of dsv Road strategic projects
• Take part of implementing and supporting our Road processes.
• Take part of updating and creating processes for our internal projects, while growing your project management skills as well as supporting the BCM Road management team with our strategic targets.
As all our projects are international, you can expect around 30-50 days of international travel per year.
We challenge the status quo and value an open dialogue
You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to lead successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands.
Process thinking and implementation is a big part of the role and operational or financial experience within the industry is considered a big advantage. You are a team player who can manage to work independently and who knows how to communicate and collaborate in order to achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level. Equally importantly, you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects because you are self-motivated and highly organized. You can structure your tasks and can manage your projects.
You are ready to drive change across dsv Road because you:
• Have experience with road freight, warehousing and/or operational settlement.
• Have knowledge of change management and stakeholder management e.g. Prosci/ADKAR
• Have great communication skills and can tackle resistance.
• Have experience and feel comfortable in training and communicating in front of a bigger audience.
• Structured approach and have experience working on long-term projects.
• Speak and write English fluently
