You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department (BCM) that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the motivation to implement successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands.
Specifically, you will be joining the Standardisation team where we focus on business transformation, standardising our business processes and enabling automation of our IT systems.
Working at our DSV HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen, you will be part of a dynamic and informal environment where people speak their minds. We take ownership and are motivated by delivering quality improvements for our Road business. We lead projects individually but deliver them as a team!
This allows us to move fast, stay ahead and face challenges head-on.
Contribute to the standardisation and automation in DSV Road
As our new business change consultant in our BCM Standardisation team, you will play a central role in driving and reinforcing change while standardising and automating our DSV Road business. We offer a flexible role with great responsibility where you will have personal impact on the transformation journey and the future of our company.
As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road. Overall, you will be working with the standardisation assessment, standardisation road maps, progress reporting, agreements, master data and network. Specific tasks include:
As all our projects are international, you can expect 30-50 days of international travel per year.
Great stakeholder management skills and an enterprise mindset
With your vast change management skills combined with your enterprise mindset, you know how to drive change in a global organisation. As process thinking and structure is a big part of the role, operational or financial experience within the industry is considered a big advantage.
Being both a team player and able to work well independently, you always find a constructive way to drive projects forward and achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level. Equally important, you are highly organised so that you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects.

As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road. Overall, you will be working with the standardisation assessment, standardisation road maps, progress reporting, agreements, master data and network. Specific tasks include:
- Driving the standardisation and automation journey of DSV Road
- Being part of a change management project on a European scale
- Implementing KPI reports and in-depth analysis of optimisation benefits
- Analysing financial benefits, identifying the return of investments of the standardisation journey
- Implementing and supporting our Road processes
As all our projects are international, you can expect 30-50 days of international travel per year.

- Drive and the ability to lead projects on your own as well as making sure you deliver as a team
- Experience with and feel comfortable communicating in front of a bigger audience
- Experience with road freight, order management and/or operational settlement
- Knowledge of KPI reporting and data analyses
- Knowledge of change management, e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, and can tackle resistance
- Strong experience as a stakeholder manager – you take a structured approach to your work and have experience with long-term projects
- Great communication skills – you speak and write English fluently
