We challenge the status quo and value open dialogue
You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department (BCM) that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the motivation to implement successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands.
Specifically, you will be part of the Operations Excellence team – a small dedicated and determined team of colleagues, all aiming to ensure that our organisation has the correct tools and processes to work with.
Working from the DSV HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen, you will be part of a dynamic and informal environment where people speak their minds and is motivated by taking responsibility! This allows us to move fast, stay ahead and face challenges head-on. You will work with highly dedicated and helpful people who strive to improve every day.
Creating framework based on top-notch analytics
As our new analyst, you will be working with a wide range of analyses and analytics with the aim to create the framework for our future processes.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
Organised analyst with process know-how
As an organised analyst with an enterprise mindset, you know how to utilise and convey the results you find. You are furthermore used to working in big organisations and know that it is the joint effort that drives processes and creates value.
You have vast experience with creating frameworks, processes and tools based on your great analytical skills, and you are proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring your own suggestions to the table.

As our new analyst, you will be working with a wide range of analyses and analytics with the aim to create the framework for our future processes.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
- Developing products for core applications
- Collecting information for creating the optimal processes and tools
- Analysing data and utilising results for creating and optimising processes and tools
- Utilising the ADKAR framework to make specific change activities to the new tools and processes
- Developing our training framework across all initiatives/systems
- Working with master data, quality performance, blueprints, business principles and end-to-end process management

You have vast experience with creating frameworks, processes and tools based on your great analytical skills, and you are proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring your own suggestions to the table.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have extensive experience from the forwarding business
- Are structured and have experience with driving change
- Are result-oriented short-term and long-term and take responsibility for your tasks
- Are fluent in English – both written and orally
