A new team in a supportive organisation
You will join the Customer & Partner team which covers the processes of electronical exchange of data between customers/partners and DSV Road global tools. We are a part of the BCM department based at the DSV HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen, with colleagues working remotely from Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands.

You facilitate change right from the start
Your main responsibility will be to drive and oversee the change, standardisation and implementation of all our customer interfaces for data exchange to ensure high data quality. As the change progresses, your main task will be to keep the helicopter view – it will be your responsibility to speak up if something is overlooked or if different aspects of our processes end up working against each other.
You will also continuously ensure that our local managers, customers and subcontractors are on board with the implantation of the customer interfaces. Your collaborators within the organisation regarding this will be our IT department, internal project managers and colleagues in other BCM offices within the DSV Group.
Your general tasks will change as the project progresses, but some of them will be to:
An assertive and experienced change manager with a holistic approach
You are motivated by working on a constantly changing environment, and you have a systematic yet flexible approach that will make you adapt easily to unexpected issues. In order to avoid as many of these as possible, you are proactive and confident speaking your mind.
You enjoy having many social interactions during a regular working day and are good at spreading our motivation and enthusiasm about the project to others.

Your general tasks will change as the project progresses, but some of them will be to:
- Manage and scope deliverables from IT and other projects teams
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress in the change process and ensure that our different efforts do not end up opposing each other
- Assist in creating the right KPIs and frameworks for implementation and support reporting
- Support local DSV Road countries on their journeys towards standardisation
- Ensure that we deliver on agreed deadlines

You enjoy having many social interactions during a regular working day and are good at spreading our motivation and enthusiasm about the project to others.
Professionally speaking, we imagine that:
- You have some years of experience implementing change, complex processes and projects – perhaps within IT but this is not a requirement
- You have a holistic approach to customer data and data exchange
- It will be an advantage if you have experience with transportation and/or logistics
- You have experience working with people from different cultures
- You speak and write English fluently – Danish is not a prerequisite
