Business Change Management, Finance - an international department
In the Business Change Management Department (BCM Finance), we are 15 colleagues located in 5 countries. We are responsible for supporting management in rolling out finance processes and tools worldwide. We work continuously to improve, optimise and standardise business processes within the finance area in DSV.
Implementing new processes and systems worldwide
As a Business Change Consultant, you will participate in roll-out projects, ensuring that changes are anchored in the local organisation by the time the project team moves on to the next project or country. Among your tasks will be to:
You may be located at our spacious and beautiful office in Hedehusene in Denmark or at another DSV location in Europe. How much time you will spend at other locations varies with the type of project. On average, you must be prepared to have 5-7 travelling days a month to other DSV offices worldwide, both in and outside Europe. So, it is important that you are flexible and willing to travel and work at different locations.
A strong communicator with finance background and knowledge of SAP

Business Change Management, Finance - an international department

As a Business Change Consultant, you will participate in roll-out projects, ensuring that changes are anchored in the local organisation by the time the project team moves on to the next project or country. Among your tasks will be to:
- Facilitate workshops, e.g., perform and document gap analysis (initial workshops are usually onsite locally)
- Prepare and perform tests, and support end users during UAT
- Prepare training material and provide training (onsite as well as remote)
- Coordinate with local and global stakeholders, e.g., local management and group functions
- Support communication efforts
- Work on site during hyper-care (when travel restrictions are lifted)

- Have min. 2-3 years´ experience in a finance function (AR, AP, GL, controlling, reporting)
- Are a confident user of SAP ERP and MS-Office – experience with SAP S/4 HANA will be considered an advantage
- Speak and write English effortlessly
- Have hands-on project experience in an international organisation
- Are able to adopt to increased workload during certain periods
- Respect of deadlines is an absolute must
