Does working in the area between finance and IT sound intriguing to you?
Then as a Finance Systems Assistant in DSV you will support and further develop the global financial reporting system landscape with all its associated tasks and processes in a global organisation that spans more than 80 countries on six continents.
As you possess analytical talent and am a specialist in Excel, you will be a part of building the models and tools used for FP&A, BI and financial reporting as well as delivering on the analysis of the figures itself.
We are looking for a talented colleague, who is dedicated to developing and improving the way we do our reporting in Group Finance. As Systems Assistant, you can look forward to plenty of challenges and continuous professional development.

More specifically you will work with dedicated finance and system professionals who are committed to continuously improving our global reporting processes and systems, and ensuring that all users have the tools, training and support they need.

Working alongside experienced colleagues; you deliver ongoing assistance, training, and support to DSV's subsidiaries in more than 80 countries as well as to other group functions and management. You will join a function where the roadmap for the coming years are full of interesting and transforming projects and you will have the opportunity to create your mark on the execution of these. - Participation in the planning and execution of projects
- Driving and supporting the global budget and rolling forecast processes
- Support and continuously developing our global financial reporting system SAP BPC, including master data maintenance, report building, etc.
- Creating reports and financial models to be used in management reporting by both group and local finance organizations
- Technical preparation of the reporting processes and release of the same

We imagine that you are a recent graduate with relevant experience from a study job, but more importantly you have an appetite for challenges and a strong desire to learn. On a personal level, your positive, solution-oriented attitude ensures that you always strive to find the best solution to a process or problem, no matter the task. In addition, you:
- Have excellent analytical skills and able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Have flair and strong interest in IT and finance and are an accomplished user of Excel
- Enjoy collaborating with a team of ambitious and highly skilled colleagues
- Have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work to ensure high quality deliverables
- Might have experience working with SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar tools but it is not a prerequisite for succeeding in the position
- Have good collaboration skills and speak and write English fluently
