We are looking for a proactive and dynamic candidate who is highly motivated to play an essential role in driving company's growth through continuous development and enhancement of ROCKWOOL Customer Relationship Management, Pricing and other Sales Enablement tools.

Your new role
As Digital Commercial Excellence Partner in the Product Management and Commercial Excellence team you will be directly involved in the execution of the global digital strategy for the commercial area of ROCKWOOL.
You will work within the digital space of CRM, CPQ (Pricing) as well as the Rockwool sales enablement tool.
You will have to communicate and liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, advocating for changes, mitigating resistance and coaching users/stakeholders.
At the same time, together with the existing Commercial Excellence team, your focus will be on defining the strategic development roadmap of the digital tools, on project managing new features release and conversion of business requirements into solutions.
You will be directly involved in ROCKWOOL digital efforts around CRM, Pricing and Quotation and Sales Enablement tool and your daily activity will be equally shared among these systems.
You will be reporting to the Vice President of Product Management and Commercial Excellence, who is responsible for the entire commercial excellence and product management area.
What you´ll need to succeed
Formal education in business administration (Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent, Cand. merc. mat., AEF, FIR., FSM, IBS), economics or engineering;
At least 4-6 years of business experience as system user or developer (no coding capabilities are required) in the areas such as: CRM systems, pricing and quotation, digital sales enablement;
Work experience (as a consultant or user) with global CRM or Pricing solutions and digital transformation projects will be considered a plus.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken. German and/ or French will be considered a plus.
Ability to drive change and communicate effectively across all layers within an organisation, interacting and working together with IT teams and infrastructure
A curious and proactive personality with a desire to learn and make an impact;
A strong team player profile with good interpersonal skills;
Experience in working in cross-functional teams, preferably in an international environment.
Experience – preferably matured in the B2B sector - in one of the following areas: sales, customer service, IT sales support team, sales services, after-sales support;
Excellent analytic skills, attention to details and ability to draw high level conclusions from quantitative as well as qualitative information;
Highly numerate, strong quantitative skills, enjoying analyzing large amount of data, synthetizing them to provide key input for decision makers and business operator;
