The start of your exciting journey in transport and logistics
As a Trainee you will be working across different DSV Equipment locations in Europe to get a good understanding of our local operations. We will support you with costs of travel and accommodation.

The start of your exciting journey in transport and logistics
- The programme for this trainee in DSV is a 2-year journey;
- You will start in our operational department as a Fleet Service Specialist;
- During the two-year period you will receive a lot of practical “on the job” training in local DSV Equipment departments - including operations, finance, marketing & sales, workshops, tyres, roadside assistance and forklifts;
- You will have a direct reporting line with the Director of DSV Equipment;
- You will have follow-up meetings with your immediate manager to ensure that you are “on track” and improve your skills according to the agenda;
- During the programme, you will have the possibility to develop professional skills and follow courses such as negotiating, leadership, communication, understanding of the DSV DNA.
As a Trainee you will be working across different DSV Equipment locations in Europe to get a good understanding of our local operations. We will support you with costs of travel and accommodation.
What we ask form you:
At DSV Equipment we are seeking an ambitious trainee who is self-driven with a willingness to gain business know-how and a willingness to learn the transport industry.
- Bachelor in (international) business management or similar
- Enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment;
- Are eager to learn the transport industry and gain a solid technical understanding of trailers. This includes working with our mechanics and gaining hands on experience repairing trailers;
- Are driven by results;
- Are determined to provide an excellent service to our customers;
- Are proactive and self-confident;
- Understand numbers and enjoy finding creative solutions to challenges;
- Are willing to travel and reside in other European countries;
- Have excellent English language skills and an international mindset.
