The IT Consulting Service Sourcing Team
With this position, you will be joining the exciting and growing IT Consulting Service Sourcing Team within DSV Global IT. We are based in our international headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, and you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and exposure through an array of tasks and responsibilities.
We are newly built team aim to centralize the function of sourcing It consulting services. The team is part of IT Asset Management department with 25 great teammates located in both Denmark and Poland. Within the team, we handle all It consulting services requests within Global IT, which including It support contract, professional services agreement, development agreement and staff argumentation agreement, etc. We are a young and new team, you will have the freedom and possibility to apply your academic knowledge to commercial practice and make your impact to shape the future process and service delivery.
In other words, you will have no shortage of exciting and enriching activities to help you expand your skillset and learn a lot in a short time.

What You Will Be Doing
As a student assistant within IT consulting service sourcing team, your prime responsibilities will involve the following tasks:
- Develop and maintain the IT consulting SharePoint site in coordination with the IT consulting team
- Asist with producing monthly report in terms of the IT consulting status to executive members within Global IT
- Responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to secure quality and compliance of the sourcing subject
- Support with IT consulting contract migration project
- Create contracts for selected vendor agreements as relevant leveraging our global contract resources
- Creation and maintenance of vendor master data in our databases
- Contract Management in our Global Contract Management System (Solusi)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to scout various IT consultants with pre-approved vendors, including defining requirements, sourcing for potential candidates, schedule interviews, contracting.
- Other ad hoc tasks.

- You are currently studying a bachelors or masters degree but academic background is not of high importance, A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are more critical.
- You are self-driven, analytical and result-oriented with an open and willing to learn mind-set.
- You are service-minded, with strong communication skills and take pride in providing a good service to both stakeholders and to the colleagues.
- Structured, organized and process-oriented with an eye for optimization. Are friendly and outgoing, with a can-do and service minded attitude.
- You are well versed with the Microsoft Office 365 package.
- Are naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn.
- You speak and write English fluently.
The following skills would be helpful, but are by no means a requirement:
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Can understand Danish.
